Showcase design

2019-2020 Óptica Toscana

Won a showcase design contest for the shop and worked with the owners to create the physical display elements for the showcase (project got cancelled at the very end due to the pandemic).

Screen printing internship

June-July 2019 RUDA Studio

50h internship. Prepared and cleaned screens, mixed paints and printed the designs onto paper and textiles as requested by clients. Developed and printed a design of my own.

Tattoo course

September-December 2020 – CENTE Madrid

Learned how to tattoo from scratch several styles as well as getting the official Health and Hygiene course needed for working legally as a tattoo artist.

Storyboard course

September-November 2019 – The Animation Workshop

Course in Denmark. Learned how to work for live-action and animation, long and short format (tv show, feature film, short).

Illustration associate's degree

2017-2019 – Istituto Europeo di Design Madrid

2-year degree. Learned different traditional and digital techniques as well as how to work both as a freelance and as a team. Created 2D mock works for different media and platforms (books, magazines, packaging, videogames, marketing, animation, comic).

For my undergraduate project I created a chapter and cover sample for a graphic novel adaptation of a 1920's Spanish play. The project was selected as a finalist for best illustration final project by the Professional Illustrators of Madrid Association.
